Built for the citizen who got tired of waiting.
PrajaPulse is a community-driven civic awareness platform that makes it easy to document public issues, organise them by likely responsible department, and track community-reported progress — all in the open. We do not guarantee resolution.
In 2024, our founder spent four months trying to get a pothole fixed on his street. He contacted the relevant civic authorities multiple times, sent emails, and visited the local ward office. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved for several months
When a journalist covered the story, the pothole was fixed in three days.
That moment made it clear: visibility creates awareness. PrajaPulse is that visibility layer — a permanent, public record where citizens can document civic issues and the community can track what happens next.
Our Vision
A future where every civic issue is heard and communities act.
